Judd WeilFebruary 11, 2021

Dodge City Public Schools announced on their Facebook page that Dodge City High School principal Jacque Feist will be retiring at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

Feist has been the only principal at Dodge City High School since it was relocated to 2201 W. Ross Blvd in 2001.

“She is respected throughout the state and across the nation as an exemplary leader in education,” said USD 443 Superintendent of Schools Fred Dierksen. “I am continuously amazed at how she just knows so much about her students and how well she connects with her teachers, and I know just how fortunate we have been to have her in our district for so many years.

“We wish her memorable travels as she begins to work on her bucket list.”
