Garden City Police Department Make Three Burglary Arrests

John Osbourn, 31, and Carlos Ramirez, 24, both of Garden City were arrested on June 7, in connection to a series of burglaries.

 

Garden City Police Depart dispatched officers on Monday at around 8:00 a.m. to ICI Insurance Company at 902 Stone Creek Drive, Ste. B for a prior burglary.

 

At the scene, officers observed several neighboring businesses in the area had been burglarized as well.

 

Through investigation, officers identified John Osbourn and Carlos Ramirez as suspects.

 

Officers later stopped a vehicle that Osbourn was driving in the 500 block of E Kansas Ave.

 

During a search of the vehicle, multiple stolen items from the businesses were recovered.

 

Osbourn and Ramirez were arrested following the traffic stop and lodged in the Finney County Jail.

 

Osbourn was booked on three counts of Burglary, one felony and one misdemeanor count Theft, and three counts of misdemeanor Criminal Damage.

 

Ramirez was booked for Possession of a Stimulant and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

A little prior that same day at around 7:45 a.m., GCPD were dispatched to Summit ResCare for a different burglary.

 

During the investigation, Domonic Almaraz, 26 of Garden City, was identified as being involved and was arrested in connection in the burglary.

 

Almaraz was booked in the Finney County Jail on charges of Burglary, Interference with Law Enforcement and two municipal warrants.
