USD 443 Looks to Summer, Fall as Current School year Closes

Dr. Fred Dierksen Superintendent of Schools for USD 443 stopped by for an interview on the radio Wednesday May 19th.

Dr. Dierksen thanked the community, faculty, staff, and students for their willingness to adapt through out the year as the world dealt with the Covid 19 pandemic, and congratulated everyone for making it through a successful year of in person face to face learning.

USD 443 will be offering a Learning Institute program for teachers over the summer. The program is geared towards helping teachers learn and implement new curriculum that has been adopted by the district.

Almost 500 students will be graduating from USD 443 in 2021, including traditional and alternative education programs offered by the school.

More information on the online enrollment program that began last summer will be available soon.
